What if I am a returning user?

All current glow labs customers can log in to the platform. To see your current campaign running, please log in with the wallet you used to deploy the campaign.

 

I’m a Glow Labs User, but I don’t see my campaign. 

Please log in with the wallet you used to deploy the campaign with Glow Labs.

 

Can I log in by email? 

Yes, you can use either your email address or your wallet address to create an account or log in.

 

What wallets do you support? 

We support Coinbase, Metamask, and WalletConnect.

 

Can I deploy a campaign on my own? 

Yes! Users can deploy and campaign and reward their community with tokens based on their Twitter engagement. We offer a 30–day free trial after which you’ll be invoiced on a monthly basis.

 

What chains do you support? 

We support ETH and polygon.

 

Can I create multiple campaigns for the same Twitter handle? 

No, we support one Twitter handle per campaign. Please contact the customer support team if you would like to explore more options.

 

How much is the gas to deploy a campaign? 

ETH chain: ~.3 ETH; Polygon chain: ~ 1 Matic
