Glow Labs’ loyalty rewards program is designed specifically to engage and delight the most loyal members of a community. So, in order to provide an even smoother experience for community members, we’ve redesigned the claiming iframe. Below is a quick peak at the new Community Portal.
We’re moving away from en embeddable iframe – the Community Portal will live on a branded URL hosted on a Glow Labs webpage. So why the change? The Community Portal provides the following:

You will receive a custom link that you can direct any visitor to in order to claim their rewards. Where you place this link is entirely up to you. We recommend placing it in areas that your community members frequent such as the nav bar on your website, Twitter bios, Discord announcements or LinkTree.
There are no customization options right now. If there is an error with your project name, we will adjust it.
The iframe was a piece of code that needed to be embedded into a website; we have upgraded that to a custom claim page. This way you can get a loyalty rewards program up and running with no code.
The claim page includes a custom URL with your project name that your community can use to claim rewards.
Within the product, you can find the new URL in the same place you had you iframe link – in the manage page.
